"Cocosy" stands for a symbiosis of wanderlust and coziness.
We're thinking of Coco( nut) and Cosy.
Because on the one hand we often have wanderlust and love to travel, but on the other hand we also appreciate the cosiness of our home.
"Berlin" stands for our hometown, to which we always return and from where we organize our shop.
We have visited many corners of the world and shared our creative journeys and art of local artisans. All of our products come from artisans we have met on our travels around the world.
Each product is as unique as the wonderful people who made it by hand.
We find these amazing treasures all over the world, in countries like Thailand, Mexico, India, Morocco, Nepal and many others.
We hope you enjoy the pieces, as we do when we are looking for and finding them.
We know all the manufacturers of our products personally and pay attention to fair trade.
Because you should be just as satisfied with a product as should the people who made it.
Since nature is just as important to us as it is to you, we pay attention to one plastic-free packaging and use our packaging materials several times so that there is as little waste as possible.
We only ship GoGreen and thus pay attention to the C O2 compensation.
We bring many of our products with us directly from our trips and if we order something from our partners, we pay attention to larger orders so that not too many shipments travel around the world unnecessarily have to.
If you like something and it's no longer there, it's worth asking. It may often come back with the next order and we can usually tell you when your desired product will be available again.
One of our passions is the search for unusual vintage pieces. So on our travels we rummage through antiquarian bookshops and flea markets all over the world. We also do that here in Berlin when we're at home.
We're always looking for pieces that we would like ourselves.
